This ideal holiday home is situated in the heart of Voelklip, just off the Mussel River roundabout on 7th Street and located in a quiet cul de sac.
The house is walking distance from the coastal cliff paths, beaches and the Fernkloof Nature Reserve. It is fully fitted, ideal for a self-catering holiday and can accommodate up to eight adults comfortably.
The open-plan lounge and dining-room has sliding doors onto an enclosed, paved barbeque area. Television, DSTV compact, DVD player and sound system are provided.
The kitchen has a breakfast nook and is fitted with a stove, micro-wave oven, fridge/freezer, chest freezer, washing-machine and tumble-drier. Crockery and cutlery is provided for eight guests.
The large main bedroom has a double bed, en-suite bathroom with a shower, basin and toilet.
The two additional bedrooms are fitted with two single beds each. There is a second main bathroom and a separate toilet.
The garden flatlet has a private entrance and comprises a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a basin, shower and toilet.
Linen and bath towels are supplied and will be changed weekly. Please bring your own beach towels.
A cleaning service can be arranged. This will be for your own account.
Grocery stocking can be arranged ahead of your arrival on request.
The house has an enclosed garden and ample, secure parking for guests.
